Camp Robber Whiskey
Tamworth Distilling // New Hampshire, USA
Camp Robber is Tamworth's first aged release. A 16-month old bourbon made from organic corn and rye is blended with apple brandy and fresh apple cider creating an "applejack".
Flavored WhiskeyWhiskey flavored with natural or artificial flavors and labeled with the (pre)dominant flavor(s). Can be made either with or without the addition of sugar. Bottled at 30% ABV or higher.
"This unusual release from Tamworth combines their whiskey with apple brandy and apple cider. The result drinks more like a cocktail than a whiskey, recalling the combination of bourbon and apple cider in a contemporary Stone Fence. It's a little bit sweet -- just enough to be pleasantly enjoyed neat -- with notes of fruit, spice, and vanilla. Camp Robber is well-suited for enjoyment in the fall."
