Big Gin Bourbon Barreled

This was my fave spirit this year. I'll admit that is partially because I don't normally like gins. That said, this has a load of interesting flavor, and I really enjoyed it!

juniper and coriander sweetened with barrel aging, giving this a smooth and viscous mouth. great for cocktails where you want to complicate the gin profile.
