A rich, Agave Spirit by NOM 1437 crafted with estate grown agave & volcanic spring water; slow roasted in an earthen oven using a secret family recipe. It has an aromatic birth with notes of fruits, flowers, earth, herbs & spices; while a crisp life adds notes of banana, orange zest, honey, cinnamon, cooked agave & white ginger; that led to a quick death. An elegant, Agave Spirit by NOM 1137 steam roasted for 36 to 40 hours, distilled 3 times in a Stainless Pot with a Copper Coil. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, citrus, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of cooked agave, green bell pepper & lime; that led to a slightly creamy & spicy death of medium length with notes of black pepper, sea spray & metal. Nose: very light earthy tones otherwise lacking in aroma Palate: very smooth, presenting first with those earthy tones but very balanced and not overpowering. Following with the agave flavor and a light honeysuckle fruity sweetness/floral finish that squeezes through briefly
