Reviewed July 6, 2023An interesting nose, with a bit of spice. Sweet. Body is where the vanilla hits and a bit of wood. Quite smooth with slightly smokey undertones. -

Reviewed June 26, 2023Strong nose, caramel and orange peel. Palate hits sweet and somewhat hot, turning to carameled apples. I get a hint of curaƧao in the background. As the flavor fades, I taste toasted marshmallow, but not exceptionally oaky or smoky. The flavors do linger a while, but the finish ends in a bit of a whimper. Not very complex, but tasty nonetheless. I have to think that more time in the finishing barrels and/or less of the TN whiskey would have let more interesting flavors come through.75.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed January 29, 2023 (edited January 30, 2023)Bitter and astringently woody at first, this puckers lips and tip of the tongue with a sourness that turns slightly acrid. Mercifully, those flavors dissipate and yield to that sticky sweet note from the nose, now coming back in more sedate form as this moves toward midpalate. The whisky coats the tongue and the roof of the mouth with the wood-inflected flavor of marshmallow. This somewhat disintegrates into the finish, with the whiskey splaying out into a broad muddle of flavors and a textural flatness that is in contrast to the very sharp entrance. A mildly woody nuance is all that this leaves by way of an aftertaste.74.0 USD per BottleBinny's Beverage Depot
