"Savory mesquite-like smoke mingles with aromas of roasted agave, burning sage, and roasted pine nuts with a hint of grapefruit peel. The palate skews toward the more vegetal with a medium smokiness coating flavors of roasted mushroom, cooked pumpkin—seeds and all—rosemary, and grapefruit peel. The finish is slightly astringent and rather savory, with a peppery finish. "
