Charbay Doubled & Twisted (Lot No. 1)

Very dry finish. High alcohol.

Lots of sherry/raisons on the nose. Reminds me of a more toned back version of westlands sherry barrel whiskey. The difference being here that this whiskey is a bit more smooth, less sweet, and generally palate-able. Nicely rich and butterscotchy.
