Tasting Notes
"The aroma displays a moderate amount of crushed red berries along with a touch of vanilla and maple syrup. The taste is medium sweet and full finishing with a chewy and dryish experience, but not aggressively so. There's some bittersweet dark chocolate at the finish which has a decent length. Further tastes brings forth more of the perfumed red berry aroma and while there is some sweetness on the palate, there's enough barrel spices here to help bring the bourbon together. All in all, a nice blend of flavors — nothing earth-shatteringly new, but pleasant. "
