Clyde May's Special Reserve Alabama Style Whiskey (110 Proof)

Good Whiskey doesnt need any addition. I fusing apple in a Bourbon mash will obviously bring apple flavor. That’s it. Alabama-style requires apple infusion? Well, Alabama doesn’t know how to make good whisky then.

I didn’t get any apple taste and I was expecting a big one. This is a fantastic very very well rounded great tasting whiskey.

Literally the nose smells like green apple jolly ranchers wtf. Palate tastes like more candy and honey. VERY sweet. Really unique, not like the other Clyde mays expressions.

Tastes like it has apple pucker in it.
