Clynelish 14 Year

Fruity and salty on the nose. Very peaty with some fruit to taste.

Nose - malty and citrusy, okay spices and vanilla, honey and ripe fruit Palette - light bodied, honey, lemon, ripe fruit, sharp vanilla, tangy maltiness Finish - sweet vanilla and lemon that lingers medium long, mild burn

I’m surprised how much I like this one! I think I’m going to replace my Macallan 12 with this one for a pleasant highland single malt. Nose: Citrus, honey, and vanilla Palate: Sweet and citrus at first that evolves into a waxy, honey, and a faint puff of smoke Finish: Lemon, pepper, honey Edit: I’m getting pear notes after further tastings.

Very well balanced nice body oily 👌

Light bodied, flavors of dried hay, dried apple.

One of my favorites! So much roundness, heather honey, a hint of seaweed and a hint of balsamic, with sweetness unveiling.
