"You'd almost swear this is a spiced rum instead of a regular aged rum. There's a lot of hot cinnamon (almost like red hot candies), nutmeg, allspice and clove over more subtle nuances of caramel, vanilla and orchard fruits. It's a pretty decent sipper neat, but an ice cube really helps the flavors fall into place so they aren't so extreme and makes it taste pleasantly Christmas-y."
