1st tasting. New bottle. Neat. Aroma: immediately sense this is something different / unique / has some complexity. And a hint of new leather. Palate: the spiciness is not overwhelming. More medium heat than flavor. Palate: Zesty plum skin.
With a few drops of water, aroma opened to powdered (confectioner's sugar) apple cider donuts.
2nd tasting. Opened bottle. Neat. Aroma: pear, honeysuckle. Taste: subtly sweet, mild spice. With a few drops of water is lost a lot on nose & palate.
