Copper & Kings American Craft Brandy

The nose gives subtle wafts of fruit and oak leading to an expansion of these flavors on the palate. You're greeted with grape, and raisin notes which fade rapidly without too much sweetness. Afterward the barrel shines: cedar, vanilla, char, cinnamon, and a tannin finish dominate before disappearing somewhat unceremoniously. Certainly a dry and wood-driven experience.
