Nose is predominantly sweet/syrupy. Very smooth to sip neat, with mild citrus and pear notes and a warm honeyed finish.

Good tequila straight

Let sit for about 5 minutes. 👀: Just have to say that this is one beautiful bottle with a substantially heavy lid, color is very pale sunlit gold, has legs which dissipate; 👃: Heavy cane sugar sweetness presumably from using 2x as much agave as other distillers, drowning out the vegetal scent which is a good thing, vanilla whiffs abound, a little sea salt; 👅: SMOOTH!, a nice vanilla bite, very light and nimble, sugary notes throughout, airy; 🏁: A very slight carbonated mouthfeel at the outset and dissipates into nothing, refreshing taste almost doubles as a palate cleanser, beautiful finish, only knock against this tequila is that it lacks complex flavor.
