Reviewed December 4, 2024A crisp, Dry Gin by Cotswolds Distillery in Stourton, England made with locally sourced ingredients & botanicals. A combination of juniper, coriander & angelica mix is steeped in the pure wheat spirit for 24 hours before adding locally sourced lavender, bay leaves, grapefruit, lime, black pepper & cardamom. It has a floral birth with notes of lavender & fresh juniper; while a bold life adds notes of grapefruit peel, lime, black pepper & coriander; that led to a refreshing death with notes of cardamom seed & bay leaves. Reviewed July 4, 2023Strongly herbal with medium juniper, minty notes and a stingy burn neat. Tonic retains the herbal character and leaves a slightly bitter and peppery aftertaste.
