Reviewed December 4, 2024 (edited April 9, 2025)A crisp, Dry Gin by Cotswolds Distillery in Stourton, England made with locally sourced ingredients & botanicals. A combination of juniper, coriander & angelica mix is steeped in the pure wheat spirit for 24 hours before adding locally sourced lavender, bay leaves, grapefruit, lime, black pepper & cardamom. It has a floral birth with notes of lavender & fresh juniper; while a bold life adds notes of grapefruit peel, lime, black pepper & coriander; that led to a refreshing death with notes of cardamom seed & bay leaves.
