Piñas are baked in traditional hornos and slowly fermented and distilled in stainless steel pot-stills. It is then aged in new American and French oak barrels. They proudly use no chemicals, additives or flavorings and are bottled in eco-friendly recycled bottles.
Tequila ReposadoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is aged from 2 months up to a year in barrels no larger than 20,000 L. Any type of wood is acceptable, although ex-bourbon barrels are most common. Reposado translates to "rested".
"The reposado has a clean, crisp nose even after 5 months of resting in the barrel. The delicate floral quality begs for a little citrus. Tons of caramel and vanilla make for a pretty short finish. If mixing, try a making a Tequila Rickey."
