Dalmore 12 Year Sherry Cask Select

Definitely can tell this is a sherry cask, with notes of vanilla and chocolate. But theres a lot of complexity here, including vegetal notes that linger and juuust a hint of spice. A bit thin in terms of body, but overall this is very nice and something you can come back to multiple times and detect a new flavor each time.

Also sweet but the guys tasting notes were spot on otherwise.

You get the sweet sherry with fruit and barrell fiavirs. Solid for its price.

This was great. Worth the $85. Better than the non-sherry Dalmore 12. Will keep a bottle.
