A nice simple whisky, very bourbon orientated which isn’t surprising since it’s solely ex-bourbon barrel. Lacks depth but very easy to drink.

Dark fruits, caramel, a little peaty.

Spicy and oakey. Smokey finish that stays for a while.

Beautiful dram. Wax and honey and depth. The 79 this got from Distiller is ludicrous. Personal preferences not withstanding. It's at least an 85 on a bad day but 90+ in general.

Honeysuckle and ripe apple smell. Golden color, thick, coating the glass and with very slow legs. Tastes of honey and orange rind, then light smoke, and a pleasant hot finish.
