Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur

An intense, French herbal aperitif crafted with Vietnamese baby ginger & cognac. It has an aromatic birth with notes of herbs & fruits, while a rich & creamy life adds notes of brandied ginger; that led to a long & warm death. November 2016 / September 2017 / April 2018

The right balance of sweet and spice. Like high quality ginger candy.

Sweet and a mild ginger flavor. Nice for sipping, but not strong enough for cocktails.

Smells of ginger, citrus peel, unaged brandy. Thick on the palate; vanilla, ginger, orange; sweet with very little spice from the ginger. Finishes with a minimal amount of heat.
