Don Julio Blanco Tequila

Neat. Nose of soft and sweet roasted agave, green leafy herbs, and bright citrus notes is very pleasant and smells like a vacation. Taste is true to nose. Starts sugar cane and roasted agave/honey sweet. Lots of grassy herbs (not much anise), some vanilla, lime, and pepper. Mouthfeel is medium, smooth, a little buttery Overall, delicious, but value is questionable. It's very good, but pricey. Lots of good blanco options for nearly 10 bucks less

A wonderful blanco. Just the right amount of anejo, very smooth with just a tiny bit burn.
