Don Ramón Punta Diamante Reposado

An intense, agave spirit by NO 1417 from Mexico aged for a minimum of 2 months in oak before being bottled at 40% ABV. It has an aromatic birth of cooked agave, fruits, wood, herbs & spices; while a bold life adds notes of baked apples, guanabana, mint, sumac, dill & Thai basil; that led to a rich death of medium length with notes of caramel, oak, vanilla, pepper & cumin.

Smells very smooth and almost like a whiskey. Tastes pretty smooth as well with fairly moderate flavor. Overall a decent tequila

Decent flavor, not incredibly smooth

Arômes d'agave bien sur mais également de sucre brun, assez surprenant dans une tequila. Légères traces de miel et de poire également. Très doux en général. En bouche, goût d'agave, alcool doux et léger sucre résiduel. Finale fruitée, un peu herbacé mais l'essence de l'agave domine.
