Dry Fly Washington Dry Gin

Ugh. Not my style. Hints of ass at the beginning followed by a desire to quickly poor a different gin

Sweet, vanilla, honeysuckle. Very smooth with little taste of juniper. Makes a delicious negroni.

Soft, mild botanicals. Mellow feel with a hint of fruit. Warming.

Floral and citrus flavors give way to mint, eucalyptus, and juniper. Thick mouth feel and a creamy malty sweetness. Very pleasant to drink and mixes well in cocktails. Very much a flavor product of the Inland Empire, Pacific Northwest, and Spokane, WA. Dry Fly is making some outstanding wheat distillates, all worth trying.

One of the stronger gin I’ve tasted. At first tastes, it’s a bit like sake. Slowly, the juniper aroma and taste comes out. Then a light sweetness that’s being made more pronounce by the addition of east imperial tonic. Tasted this with garnishes; orange peel, mint and grapefruit.
