Tequila ReposadoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is aged from 2 months up to a year in barrels no larger than 20,000 L. Any type of wood is acceptable, although ex-bourbon barrels are most common. Reposado translates to "rested".

Tasting Notes
"Barrel aging tames the heat on the nose somewhat but the proof does intensify the woodiness. The palate has a touch of sweet agave and spearmint. Heat remains on the palate where mint and wood are joined by vanilla. The finish is long with lingering spice and an intimation of citrus peel. Again, best with a splash of Topo Chico to tame the proofiness."
