Eagle Rare 17 Year Bourbon (Fall 2019)

Nose: neat - caramel, oak, medicinal cherry, a little rye spice. Maybe a hint of barrel smoke. Body: medium Palate: oak up front, caramel, little cinnamon spice Finish: medium long little rye and cinnamon Note: a few ounces from don. This is good not great. The nose is most interesting

Dark chocolate, cherry, also vanilla. Very rich.

Butterscotch, chocolate covered cherries, spicy. Bit of nuttiness in the finish. Nice mix of flavors. Incredibly smooth.

Nose - Milk Chocolate, baking spices, banana bread, toasted brown sugar, marshmellows. Palate - Banana lingers so nicely. So much vanilla with some really balanced toasted char. Cinnamon candy chews. Super well balanced on all fronts. Finish - Woody, earthy, refreshing, a tad bit of mint. Some cinnamon heat followed by a mellow sweetness.

Smooth & Rich

Nice and smooth, but it is a lower proof. Was nice to get to try this but wouldn’t seek out for the price it goes for

Fantastic. Buddy gave me a dram. I didn't have to use the monetary value of this in review cause she's a pricey one. Tons of oak, caramel like 10 year. You get the extra proof and I don't mind it at all
