starts of very smooth, then you get a little heat, finishes with a little bit of sweetness. Lovely straight or as a mix in.

A lot of spice with healthy sweetness. It has a lot of burn on the front and carries a nice tingle to the back with a sweet yet full profile.

First time trying ECBP. Batch A121. I'm not typically a big bourbon fan, as I don't find there's as much flavor variety as scotch and think they tend to taste more or less the same. That being said, this stands out among the bourbons I've tried. Nose is doughy cinnamon roll, brown sugar with apple pie on the palate, and a spicy cinnamony finish. Not as hot as I expected for nearly 62%.

Nose: neat: caramel, salted caramel, dark chocolate, caramelized cherry, French toast but on rye bread, some kind of nuttiness, peanuts maybe and a funky gym socks which isn’t fair but it’s a funky odor which I think is the nuttiness. Body: medium Palate: green apple on first sip. Caramel, vanilla, surprisingly smooth for the proof. Finish: long Kentucky hug. Long smokey finish really makes this drink. Note: this one is all over the place for me. The nose is interesting. Mostly standard caramel and sweetness but with a funny little funk, which I don’t mind. The finish is very nice. I like this a lot overall. I really dove into this and have to say I like it a lot, love it no, but will enjoy this bottle for sure.
