A big spicy apple pie of a bourbon. The king of the apple pie bourbons e.g. Belle Meade cask strength, Dickel 13yr, Knob Creek 12. I rarely say this but on this occasion the expert review got it right.

Aroma- peanut brittle, chocolate, dark fruit. Nice oak profile as well. Taste - again, chocolate, peanuts, dark fruit are up front. Chocolate and vanilla swirl ice cream. For the proof, the alcohol on the palate is shockingly light, but the hug reminds you that it is there. Overall - first batch 2023 is starting off with a bang.
