Super deep and complex. Up front it is sweet maple and butter. In the middle I get a strong vanilla whip cream, which matches the mouthfeel. Mouthfeel is similar to a latte, thick and creamy. Develops into coffee, leather, smokiness, and pepper.

Nose: toasted caramel and honey. Palate: very rich, with notes of dark caramel, cinnamon, vanilla, and coffee. Long finish.

Nose: caramel, honey, corn flakes, oak char, berries, and cocoa. After the first sip i picked up vanilla, and a nutty browned butter aroma. Taste: sweet caramel, oak, cherry, vanilla, cinnamon, pecans, barrel char Finish: long and viscous. Spicy oak, vanilla, tobacco, leather, pie dough and cherries. This is my first ECBP and i can see why its so popular. Its so well balanced and has an beautiful mouthfeel, and finishes with a long Kentucky hug. One of my all time favorite bourbons.

Solid pour. Nose: very light nose. I get a litttle oak and dried fruit Taste: Caramel, dried apricot, chocolate, oak. Finish: this just stays with you with notes of caramel chocolate.
