Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Bourbon

Very dark fruity. So much grape on nose and even more on pallet. Nice finish shorter than you would think for the proof. Very smooth though for the proof. Second sip vanilla oak still overwhelming grape. A bit more spice and longer finish

I like this much better than the classic Elijah. Sweet and goes down so easy, even at this proof.
