Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel Bourbon

Nose of cherry and oak wood , sweet sticky candy. Taste is mild, but you get that confectionery sugar come through. Little bit of a burn, but you also get some green apple as a taste as well. Overall, I like this way more than I did a year ago. Nice in between compared to small batch and BP.
