Cinnamon, oak, vanilla, how boring for notes but it’s not anything crazy. Thin mouthfeel, not getting the spike or hot that others are mentioning but wouldn’t say it’s balanced by any means. Fairly bitter. It’s def lower then 1910 and I’d say on par with Woodford DO if not a step below. Rough at $45 thooooooo
For me this is the quintessential bourbon! I get loads of caramel, vanilla, brown sugar and baking spices. Very well balanced! The finish is soft and creamy presenting a deep sweet oak lingering presence!
