Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel Bourbon

It’s really good. I like this over the regular bourbon and rye, but haven’t had barrel proof yet. I prefer woodford reserve double oak over this. Which only cost a little more and is readily available.

Nose: Graham cracker, toasted marshmallow, chocolate, oak spice, cinnamon, mini wheats, brown sugar, cherry, cracker jacks. Taste: cracker jacks, cherry, chocolate, graham cracker, peanuts, The toasted barrel finish takes EC Small Batch from a budget bourbon to a unique, excellent pour. Go get it.
