Very smooth and easy drinker just not interesting

Vanilla, toasted oak, slight cinnamon

Nose: brown sugar, apples Palate: cinnamon spice, bright acidity, touch of vanilla, raisins for sure Finish: short to medium, def oak character Would buy/drink again. Might not go out of my way to get. Better double oak options out there

Wow! Sort of “s’mores in a glass” vibe, but definitely topped with ghost pepper (okay that’s dramatic). Nonetheless, a very strong and lingering spice on the finish... I think I really like it but ask me after a few more pours.
