As you get closer you smell the wood smoke from the chimney and you open the door to the smell of buttery pancakes with a caramel and whip cream topping. It’s going to be a good day.
The nose is, shocking, like a warm buttery piece of medium well toast. Add to that some caramel and slight coffee, and BAM! What a nose. Crime brûlée is also popping off
Palate: firm caramel and light smoke with a tapering bite and sweetness. Lingers to a syrupy butter
