Empress 1908 Indigo Gin

There's an element to this gin that puts it over the edge. Mixed with club soda or tonic, it's more than a cocktail, it's an event. It's fun, curious, delicious and why my wife and I stock up when we can. I know I sound like a spokesperson, but I'm just a carpenter who likes his purple drink.

Great at first, especially in a cocktail because of the color. Sadly it can be sun bleached. Smooth and lightly floral, delicate. Paying for the color mostly I think.

Delicious floral taste. Good flavor to mix or drink on ice.
