Clean, bright, complex, this gin is my favorite and is more than 50% of the reason why I want to go back to Ireland. I wish this was available in the states.

There's an element to this gin that puts it over the edge. Mixed with club soda or tonic, it's more than a cocktail, it's an event. It's fun, curious, delicious and why my wife and I stock up when we can. I know I sound like a spokesperson, but I'm just a carpenter who likes his purple drink.
