Empress 1908 Indigo Gin

A fun gin to have around just for the novelty of the color change that impresses guests. But novelty aside, this is a very smooth, very flavorful gin that has quickly become one of our house favorites, and is better than many equally priced contemporaries.

Floral and a bit sweet. Fun color makes for interesting cocktails.

spicy, not too warm, but unfortunately lacking in citrus depth. unfortunately, there are better ones out there for the price. this does offer the unique spice profile though, so there's that.
