Reviewed November 1, 2023 (edited December 31, 2023)Soft, mellow, sweet, supple, oatmeal cookie with raisins, light baking spices, mild heat. Just really enjoyable. A great one to introduce someone new to bourbon. A hair below the B.I.B. I believe Heaven Hill is currently my favorite US distillery. Affordability, availability, deliciousness, they are at the apex!
