Evan Williams White Label Bottled in Bond Bourbon

I get a lot of corn on the body. A little bit of sweetness in the middle of carries through a caramel flavor to the end. Red fruit notes across the top, like strawberries. But hint of rhubarb as well. Finish is fairly harsh and has notes of rubber.

Great for the price. Good mixer or neat drink. Not very complex, but good proof and flavor.
