Evan Williams White Label Bottled in Bond Bourbon

Good enough to sip (with an ice cube) excellent mixer. Has my vote as best sub $20 bourbon. Notes of caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, oak, butterscotch, brown sugar, hints of dried fruits and walnuts, plus a prickly, spicy finish.

Smells of marshmallow, vanilla, and oak. Much spicier taste of cinnamon, nutmeg, stewed cherries, and warm cedar. Surprising complexity for its price. A great pickup!

Finally bought this bottle after hearing and reading a lot about it…. Its also $18.99 and always on the shelf. Zero regrets this is delicious. Tried neat. On the nares its sweet with notes of caramel, vanilla, sugar, wood,toffee, cherry vanilla cola or dr pepper. On the palate its sweet and smooth with botes of white pepper, almonds, caramel, and also cherry cola. I will be rebuying this snd keep it on the bar. @Looneyhead

Nose is what I am looling for normally, the caramel sweetness. The taste comes strong with corn and then pepper and spices. A bit of oak rounds it out. The finish is moderate but a bit longer than I would prefer. Overall, for the price it is really good. I would mix this any day of the week.
