Reviewed June 23, 2017 (edited September 19, 2021)Fennel is almost overpowering. Not my favorite, I prefer the pendulum firmly in juniper territory. While I wasn't as much a fan of this straight, it makes for some really surprising and delicious cocktails. It makes a really interesting martini and a truly unique corpse reviver #2.
