An elegant, vegan-friendly, Straight Rye Whiskey crafted by the Mazza Family's Five & 20 Spirits Distillery in New York with a mash bill of 80% New York grown rye & 20% malt, that was aged in small, new charred American oak barrels for 18 months before being bottled at 45% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grains, wood, fruits, flowers, nuts, herbs & spices; while a bold & complex life adds notes of apricot, cranberry, lavender, malt, honey & toffee; that led to a balanced & slightly drying death of medium length with notes of pepper, toasted oak, vanilla, cedar, rye & sea foam.
