Juniper, lemon peel, earthy orris, jasmine, coriander, and grapefruit on the nose. Creamy, somewhat oily mouthfeel. Juniper returns with more intensity on the palate, followed by more lemon, orris, coriander, and jasmine, with a touch of sweet orange on the finish. Finish is smooth and long.
3.50/5.00 – Impressive (neat)
Ford’s Gin - classic London Dry done right: crisp juniper up front, lemon peel, coriander, a hint of jasmine, and a clean, peppery finish. No drama, just balance.

N: Juniper and citrus
P: Pretty balanced between juniper and citrus with a little floral and some saltyness
Finishes about the same with added pepper.
So far I tried it neat, gin and tonic, Negroni and Martini. Negroni was probably it's best but I haven't found a good blend for it yet. Might have to increase the ratio of this gin in my cocktails because it seems to get overpowered easily.
