Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon

My second tasting of this. Has a more floral profile. The vanilla and oak are still there, but drinking it neat is definitely a different experience. Will need to try more with and without ice to see if there’s a big difference in the taste for me.

On the nose, toffee, honey, burnt sugar and wood. On the palate, cinnamon and some more spicy, herbal note I can't figure. Has a brightness of tart fruit, honey and rich smoke finish. Quite oily, very nice

Smooth. Very easy to sip.

It isn't complex. In fact, I found it to be milder than Four Roses 80 proof; but an extremely easy to drink, unassuming bourbon.
