Delicious. The nose is nothing special, smelling of creamy vanilla nd spice, but a bit heavy on alcohol. The taste is great though, tasting spicy and sweet and super well rounded. Ill definitely be back for more.
Nose: smells good. Light oak.
Palate: very easy drinking. Tastes low proof.
Finish: very light burn almost not at all. Sweet finish.
Water?: No. like it better without water.
Soild entry into the four roses lineup. Its not overly sweet, and has nice floral and herbal notes. I found these get better the further into the bottle you get. I think I prefer the single barrel 100 proof, personally, but the select is miles ahead of the standard small batch.

Nose: spices, those candy orange slices with the sugar on the outside, burnt sugar, toast
Palate: wheat bread, toast
Finish: good for the proof, warm
Overall: I’m not a huge 4 Roses fan with more of the floral notes, but I like this one.
On the nose things started sweet with chocolate and nougat, brown sugar, dark rich plum, and cherry. Notes like worn leather and cedar wood finished out the bouquet.
One is welcomed with warmth, caramel, spicy curry, and a rich Christmas baked pastry dessert.
The finish is of medium length with a spicy exit.
