George Dickel No. 12

Vanilla, oak, slight smoke

Really good tennessee whiskey at a decent price point. This one definitely has a place on my go-to roster.

Hints of apple juice and tobacco on the nose. This continues on the palette and finishes with a bit of spice. Not terrible, great starter bourbon. Will let it sit for a week and give it a retest.

Buttery caramel, the occasional taste of vitamins (not off putting to me) , char, and something intangible and extremely enjoyable, similar flavor profile of a McDonalds caramel sundae strangely enough, which I enjoy. Light in body and very drinkable.
