George T. Stagg Bourbon (Fall 2018)

Nose is a little bit piney. The high alcohol content prevents you from lingering. The taste is interesting, it starts out spicy but quickly moves to doughy and sweet and finishes with pepper.

Candied cherries Carmel Toasted marshmallow Smooth vanilla cookies

Awesome nose. So smooth that i didnt realize its 125 proof. Very nice lingering burn.

A rich aroma like walking into a kitchen where grandma is making caramel candies and sugar cookies. Oak, vanilla and slight licorice on the tongue with a pepper and cinnamon finish.
