Reviewed July 13, 2020Drank this after ER17(‘19). This is to compare the two as I’ve never had them side by side. Less oak and much more sweetness than ER. Chocolate. Sweet. Almost syrupy in comparison. Some oak but definitely less than ER. Spicy. Medium heat. -

Reviewed July 12, 2020Neat tasting: Nose: lots of oak, caramel popcorn Taste: Dry fruit (Apricot?) not as sweet as the smell would make you believe. Amazingly smooth for the proof. The finish is where the bourbon wins me over. The finish is sweet and okay that just sits there. -
