"Remarkably floral on the nose, Gifford's Gin is clearly going for a New American style of gin. Those floral notes continue to the taste along with juicy pear, a mild herbaceousness, and gentle juniper. It succeeds as an approachable gin, but may prove light in cocktails with more assertive ingredients."
