Glenglassaugh Evolution

Super crazy sweet aroma, light fruit and vanilla. Peaches sticks out the most. Tasting it, if I didn't know any better I would swear there was peach puree in it. Heavy fruit flavor, but luckily is balanced by both wood and burn. Kinda has a Speyside vibe but has that highland richness and balance. Not that I'm biased at all.

👃Key lime pie, grass. 👅Young tasting, medium finish. Pepper, fruit. A bit hot.

👃Wet grass, unripened fruit 👅cereal, wine, cremey. Sweet and light. Amazing finish.
