It's got nice orange and spice flavors and is pretty smooth. However, there is a strong smell of alcohol and the finish is like a cheap vodka- just plain alcohol, no real cognac or orange flavors.
If you need a cognac-based orange liqueur, there is no substitute for Grand Marnier. All the other knockoffs are saccharine seeet, while GM has a deeper, richer tone to it. My favorite way to drink is with lemon juice and a little chilled water for a lovely sidecar variation.
