Gray Whale Gin

A crisp, Small Batch Gin by Gray Whale Spirits Co. in California crafted gluten free with no added sugar or additives, distilled from 100% grain neutral spirits & kombu, Big Sur juniper, Baja citrus, Sonoma fir needles, Mendocino Sea kelp, Santa Cruz mint, and Central Valley almonds. before being bottled at 40% ABV. A portion of proceeds supports ocean conservation efforts through partnerships with organizations including Oceana. It has a delicate birth with hints of grains, fruits, nuts, herbs & spices; while a crisp life adds notes of mint, lime & kombu; that led to a creamy death of medium length with notes of juniper, almonds & fir.

Nose of lime peel, juniper, pine, nuts, lemon, wood, black pepper. Mild on the palate, some vanilla, lemon merengue, bark, juniper, pepper.
